The Ancora system by re-creations combines the advantages of remanufactured Steelcase 9000 panels and overheads with new curvilinear worksurfaces made by re-creations and a variety of new, floor supported pedestals. One of the benefits of the Ancora system worksurfaces is the adaptability to custom sizes and the ability to make the surfaces freestanding. This blended system can give an updated, “high-tech” look to conventional modular systems furniture. Features of the Ancora system include:

• Tackable/Acoustical Panels available in a variety of heights.
• Panels connect with vinyl hinges for easy installation in any configuration.
• Overhead storage available in open shelves, or bins with or without lock.
• Tasklighting attached to the bottom of the overhead storage units.
• Wood core curvilinear worksurfaces with T-Mold edges in a variety of sizes and shapes.
• Universal cantilever supports mount under the worksurface for a smooth, flush seam where one surface meets another.
• Worksurfaces can either be panel mounted at any height or free standing with the addition of supports.
• Pedestals with Series 9000 style fronts, and independent lock.
• Electrical powerways in 3 circuit or 4 circuit systems may be added to furnish electrical outlets to each station.
• Communication and data cabling can be routed through the base of each panel.
